Welcome

Set in the stunning location of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, the Golden Larches is a

thriving cosy Cafe and B&B set on the A84 between the villages of Strathyre and Lochearnead with easy

access to private parking. Whether you are passing through the area or staying with us, we want you to

have the best experience. We aim to delight our customers by offering great value for money, with our

wholesome Scottish food and a few international dishes, served in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Our cafe is Dog friendly.

We are right next to some great dog walking trails and between the three local lochs so our four legged friends

can enjoy a spot of swimming or just a cool down in the summer.

If you are travelling from the Edinburgh or Glasgow areas, we are your perfect halfway stop when going

to Oban and Fort William. We offer overnight and long stay accommodation for those travelling further

north to the Highlands and Islands or as a base for touring around Scotland. Our comfortable modern

bedrooms come with ensuite shower rooms, free Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.

Situated next to the National #7 cycle path, which can take you from Glasgow to Inverness.

We are also on The Rob Roy Way, a 77 mile (123km) walk between Drymen and Pitlochry.

We have scenic routes, gentle hikes and serious Munro bagging within a short distance of our location

for all your walking and cycling needs.
